Content Submission Guidelines

If you're a new beta tester and you haven't submitted anything (or read this) as of yet, please ensure you run through the pointers below.

  • Read the Editing Help chart before you submit and/or edit entries.
  • All entries should start with a small and basic introduction similar to the following : Genericband is a Punk band from Moncton, New Brunswick which formed in 1942. The original lineup consisted of Jimmy Dragon (guitars, vocals), Billy Dragon (bass) and Bimmy Dragon (drums).
  • The layout should be in a timeline type format, see sections on the Hope entry for example. If there isn't much information to be listed, one Summary or History heading is fine.
  • There should be a Current Members and (if applicable) Former Members section - again see Hope for example.
  • Ideally each should include a Discography section as well as a links section at the very bottom.
  • Band/Artist photos can be submitted for display just under the first heading, please keep the photo size reasonable and not too large. Album cover photos may be submitted as well.
